Dr. Robin Charlesová je epidemioložka, která od druhé řady pracuje v Gaffney Chicago Med. Je dcerou dr. Daniela Charlese. Krátce chodila s dr. Connorem Rhodesem. Ve třetí řadě se přestěhovala za matkou do Minneapolis, ale ve čtvrté řadě se vrátila do Chicaga.
