Evie Garrisonová byla právnička nemocnice New Amsterdam. Byla kamarádkou dr. Lauren Bloomové, která ji seznámila s dr. Floydem Reynoldsem. Ti postupně spolu začali chodit a Floyd ji na konci první řady požádal o ruku.
